BOOKING INFORMATION
- Bookings can only begin on Mondays or Fridays.
- There is a minimum three night stay.
- Check in after 15:00(GMT).
- Check out before 10:00(GMT).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions are automatically agreed at the time of booking. We ask that you read them, since they contain important safety advice, as well as the house rules.
ADDITIONAL FEES
- There is no damage deposit taken, although reasonable costs of repairs and replacements may be charged on your departure.
- One parking ticket is provided for the private car-park. Additional cars may be kept in the main car park at the car owner’s expense.
- Details of access to the car-park will be provided in an email after you book.
